I took this photo on one of our last days in Turkey. I love that country...my heart really misses it. Never have I felt the heart of God so fiercely for a country before. Makes me wonder what the future holds. Anyway...I came across this one today, and wanted to share it. I love taking photos...when I'm in the "mood" for it :) I promise to write an update about the DTS that we just staffed one of these days soon. Every time I try and write something, I am so overwhelmed with all that God did, I don't even know where to begin...still processing it all I guess.
For now, I hope you enjoy this picture of a cold foggy day that was full of unexpected adventure, including, but not exluded to, hunting for "a large bird that lives in the bushes", sticky red muddy clay, an angry old man, and ancient inscriptions on ancient ruins of some kind. Love you guys!
