Well...so sorry...it has been nearly a month..oops! We have had quite a bit of internet trouble since our power went out a few weeks ago, and it seems as though it is now back to working like normal....we'll see:)
So much has happened since we last wrote!! Our students arrived!! YAY! We have 11 guys, and 1 girl. These guys are so awesome and just ready to go and take the world for Jesus. We have already had amazing times with God, and seen him move on our hearts in so many ways. A lot of the students have begun to see God in a personal way that they have never known before. It never gets old, pointing people to this amazing person of Jesus, and watching Him transform their lives. Just last week we had a time of dedicating ourselves to God...saying "No matter what it takes, no matter what the cost is....I will follow You! I will go where you send me, and I will give up everything to tell the world about how amazing and wonderful you are!"
God has just really been blowing Zac and I out of the water with just how big he is. He is the I AM. All encompasing...everything we need....and I want all of Him, I want to know him, and I the more I do, the more I fall in love with him....he is just amazing! I can't get over it!
We have also decided on our outreach stuff. Zac and I will be taking a team of 2 students to Kyrgyzstan. We feel very clearly that this is what God is calling us to, and despite the seemingly impossible amount of money it will cost, we are going to trust that He knows what He's doing:)
We are thinking we will need about $10,000 for this trip. WOW! But God is faithful, and he has been proving it over and over again. As we need money, he brings it in. In the past 2 months, we have seen God provide: money for our airfare here, our 1st months staff fees, money for christmas gifts for the boys, our 2nd months staff fees, the boys 1st month of schooling, and we were even able to go out on a date!! God is just amazing! Our faith has grown so much in these past 2 months!
We want to say thanks for being part of our ministry and believing in what we do. We believe we are making a difference in the Kingdom of God, and there is nothing I would rather do....so thank you for enabling us to do so...you are very appreciated!! We love you guys!
