what's on my heart these days

So, as all of you probably know, Zac and I are leading the Winter Discipleship Training School that starts here in January. We are beyond excited about it, and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is what God is asking us to do. I just felt like I wanted to let y'all know what's on my heart for this school...what we are praying for, and maybe you would like to join us in prayer for.
I feel like God has resolved in my spirit to pray for nothing less than absolute transformation of each and every student and staff involved in this DTS. God is out to capture us, and transform us, redeem us, make us more like him...and I don't want to settle for anything less than that in all of our students that he is sending to us this winter. I want that in my own life...in the lives of the staff working under me...to become more like Jesus...complete transformation in every way. Please join with us in this prayer. I will fight to see those around me get a bigger picture of who God is, what His plan is for them, the giftings He has placed within them, and how much He loves them...regardless of what circumstances we find ourselves in, without condition...He loves. If those coming here could get a small glimpse of that...I know that it will transform the way they think, the way they view God and those around them, and the way they live.
This is why I love what God has called me to do...you couldn't pay me to do something else. I get to point people to a living God, whose love has the power to transform our lives, to make our lives something that they were not before....to call life to death, and things into being that were not there before...that is the God we serve, and that is who I want everyone I come in contact with to know.
Thank you for praying with us in this....you could also pray we start seeing more applications for students...we would like to see between 35-40 students....right now we have 15.
