What God's been challenging me with here

It's so hard to believe that our time here in Kyrgyzstan is quickly coming to an end. Time has flown by so fast here, and we have had so much fun getting to know the amazing people here. It has been both challenging and rewarding in so many different ways. Just the other day I was reading in Colossians and Paul writes : "Be sure to make the most of every opportunity" I was so challenged by this. Making the most of my time while walking by myself down the street, being open while sitting on the bus, while shopping at the bazaar, while sitting here at the internet cafe. And as I make myself focus on Jesus more and more in the everyday things, my eyes are opened so much to the world around me and how He feels about the people I see walking, working, and going to school. I have had so many opportunities just to meet people on the street, be it ever so briefly, and pray the life and love of Jesus penetrates their hearts and lives...knowing that God loves them and is pursuing them in a crazy way.It has been absolutely amazing and transforming. God is so good, and His goodness extends so very far and beyond what I imagine. Asking God for his heart can be a scary thing, because you will never be the same, but it is so worth it, just to slow down and ask him to show you things the way that he sees them.
Anyway, that's what has been going on with me (Hannah) lately. God is good, and I am falling more and more in love with him day after day. I pray that your day is full of the goodness of God, and that you experience him in new ways today!
We love you guys and look forward to seeing you soon!!
