Cole turned 7 three weeks ago. He had been planning his birthday party since Truss' birthday nearly 2 months before. He took 2 friends to go and see Kung Foo Panda 2, and then they came back here for donuts, presents and games. Cole is not a fan of many desserts, so he asked me to make donuts for him this year...I think we finally found a good alternate to birthday cake for him :)
We are so proud of Cole. And thankful beyond words that he is part of our family. He is such an awesome boy...creative in every way possible, gentle, such a jokester, full of joy, athletic, loyal, thoughtful, determined, passionate, one of the most generous 7 year olds I've ever known, tough as nails, and has a heart that is fully devoted to loving Jesus with everything that is in him. He is such an amazing gift from God!
